Building from technical skills to tactical aspects of the game by adding competition and pressure. This type of training includes more focus on small to large field perspectives, ranging from 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 type of play, to 11v11 strategy.

Sports psychology encompasses the mind, emotions, and behaviors as they relate to athletic performance and physical activity. The mental demands of competing can be enormous, but if developed well, can significantly improve an athlete’s performance.
Athletes who diligently train their minds play their best more consistently, experience greater enjoyment, and improve their chances of success. As one moves to higher levels of any sport, physical skills tend to balance out among competitors. It is here where we see that having a superior mindset is the key to rising above.

Nutrition is a critical component to supply our body with what it needs to repair, gain strength, operate efficiently, think clearly, and improve performance. Nutrition is not a fad diet or a magic quick fix; nutrition is a way of life. At SLM, we believe in developing the person as a whole: mind, body, and spirit. Specific nutrition programs are developed considering the unique person, their lifestyle, willingness, and goals.
Life coaching encompasses: mind, body, spirit, purpose, values and respect.
Life coaching for Parents & Players:
The player coaching aims to develop healthy habits that will guide him/her with good direction, decision making, and timing to accomplish their goals. This may also include academic and career development, which will take a deeper dive into organization, time management, motivation and prioritizing.
The parent coaching focuses on education about the sport culture and how to support the players, this includes: organization, nutrition, social, academic, hygiene, healthy daily habits, personal presentation, aspiration development, goal setting and accomplishing.
