A style of intensive training, where we focus on the individual and group development of the athlete covering all aspects: physical, psychological, technical, tactical, flexibility, coordination, nutritional, academic, and social. The athlete is developed in a unique way where he/she seeks to increase his/her self-esteem, self-confidence, and better decision-making. The style puts an emphasis on personality, attitude, and respect of the athlete, for the sport in which he/she is developing.
